No farm, no levels, enemy counters up the ass, constant lag and disconnections, and Riki STILL balls all over everyone. How is this hero balanced? Now I know why Russians always pick Riki, they can sit around with the 5000 ping they get from playing on servers on the other side of the world and still win the game.

Does anyone know how Valve determines who deserves LP? I've abandoned games before, but I've never gotten LP aside from getting it for being reported a lot. I've even abandoned 3/4 games at one time because of losing connection and not knowing that I was given abandons for them, but I see other people getting LP after one abandon.

you get a couple abandons before it drops you in LP just for abandoning. I think it resets once a week, probably when you get more reports
