there's talk of it, but I haven't really seen evidence, I have however seen feed abusers (we're talking dozens of consecutive nature's prophet tp into enemy fountain all game games) get put in the botter pool and then cry about it because unlike botters they can't get out.

I wouldn't rule it out, valve did suggest they were trying something like that, but from little hints, rumours and mentions by valve staff I've seen it's less of a pool and more of just another metric they measure and try to match people by.

I've been through worse. Remember that, as much as you like Andy Mage, he's more situational than most other carries. He also doesn't have much to offer in the mid game.
