I don't think there are many other SEA players on here, but you're usually better off posting on the forums about technical/connection issues.
Remember that nine other players in each of your games are also getting poor network connections, so it's not just you. The best thing to do, after this happening two or three times, is to wait to play until the servers are more stable.
I'm currently not having any issues on USE.
