Does anyone know how the MMR system calculates how much MMR to give/take in each match? I've won some really close matches for 19 MMR and I've lost really close matches for up to 31 MMR. I'm also not finding any correlation between MMR differences of teams or gold/xp changes.

differences in avg mmr usually

ONLY.

the ONLY contributing factor to whether your mmr changes by 5, 25 or 45 is the difference of average mmrs of the teams

i haven't figured out what the formula is for figuring out how much difference (eg 200 diff = 35/15?) but i know that much

team with highest avrg mmr always win less, and lose more points.

In the overpopulated skill brackets (3k) its almost always 24/25 points because the matchmaking picks almost equal teams regarding avrg mmr.
