Actually, the second Hex will have a 1.25-second cooldown after the second shackle. Hex cooldown is 9.75 with Octarine, lasts 3.5 seconds, which means 6.25 second cooldown once it ends. Shackles lasts 5 seconds.

You can chain this with Lina octarine/hex/eul's, which gives you another twelve seconds of disable time.

Your team would have to be an incomprehensible level of retarded to not get the kill at that rate, or just be 1k

After being buffed for 3-4 patches in a row for no goddamn reason.

What are you guys' dirty little meta secrets this patch? The only unstoppable hero I've found this patch is LC. I love the hero, but I don't know why she keeps getting buffed. I've had a really hard time dealing with her; no matter what I do to try to stop her, she'll ball out of control eventually. She'll be the next hero everyone's bitching about.

Slardar mid, go treads bottle and medallion, then blink; don't level passive until everything else is maxed.

After blink, upgrade medallion and do whatever the situation calls for.
