Doesn't really look all that finished to be honest. You should really clean up a lot of the edges if you want it to look more complete. You also are painting it like it is cel shaded but there is no linework and the values are not consistent. In terms of drawing it is a bit hard to say since it is stylized, but still her leg seem to come out of her stomach, and her head seems overly turned considering how her shoulder are.
