The boring answer is that there's no solid Yukkuri "canon" and artists will just make them act however they like.

Though a lot of stories seem to go with the idea that hardship breeds a stronger, smarter Yukkuri, and a life of luxury will breed an ignorant shithead.

Should've said this earlier when I made that post, but basically larger body = more RAM. That's also why Dosus are above the general population.
