Well, I don't suppose she's been slacking all this time. Contrary to popular belief, Ebola-chan doesn't simply fade out of existence when people stop panicking over her approach. On the contrary, the less worried the public is about her, the easier it becomes for her to go wherever she pleases.

I'm sure you'll find out when she reaches your city. Or, maybe you won't, and by the time you do find out it'll already be too late. That's probably the point, I suppose… Ebola-chan has friends in high places who are helping her along, since her goals are similar to their own (massive depopulation). (I'm sure she finds their naivete quite adorable… they actually think she'll spare them!)

It probably died out already, since nothing new have been heard about ebola for over a month now.

There's still plenty of Ebola news, it's just not making headlines anymore because there has been no real change in the situation.

The average person doesn't care that Ebola is spreading in Africa. It's boring to them now. Ebola will not be all over the news again unless it spreads through India or something.

No, that man recovered from Ebola while he was in Africa. Despite making a full recovery, traces of Ebola were still found in his semen, so India decided to quarantine him longer just to be safe. It was a dead end from the start. Ebola never left the quarantine.
