However,I don't know if it's just me,but I always kinda think that they are trying to hide something.What if they are saying that the Ebola test is negative just for avoiding the general panic among the heretics?

The average person has heard dozens of times now that Ebola is being treated in their countries and they have not seen anything come of it.

This is to ensure that when Ebola really does come to their countries in an uncontrolled manner, that they will not immediately panic. When the government tells them that it is under control they will remember the dozen or so times they heard about Ebola on the news and nothing happened.

The stupid will not know the difference.
