Well we know that

1)he decided to follow Trayvon Martin despite being far away from him and having no business doing so, and being told not to by a dispatcher

2)Trayvon at the time was actually not doin nuffin. He was unarmed and buying snacks to go home and watch a football game. Based on the phone call between him and Rachel Jendell he was not in an agitated state and did not appear to be on any heavy drugs.

A sane court would have charged him with manslaughter. To be fair he was getting his head smashed at the time he pulled the trigger, so it's not murder, but a lot of what created the situation that left Trayvon dead was ZimZam's doing, so it's not self defense either. Most likely he 'confronted' trayvon, who didn't appreciate being followed and harassed by a complete stranger and flipped out, stupidly tackling him and getting shot in the process.

Go ahead and look at Zimmy's arrest record or hell just look at his twitter feed. This is not a sane or stable human being we are talking about here.

Darren Wilson on the other hand is 100% innocent.
