Like with most obsessions, you've gotta have a will of steel to overcome it. It's all about will power.
That being said, I think there's a lot more unhealthy obsessions out there, and you could end up with a new obsession taking over the void of the old one.

That, or you could go on a bender and bed so many black chicks that you get burned out.

Some of it could be from the somewhat social taboo and the exoticness (for the lack of a better word) that makes us want what we 'can't' get.

If you can keep your spaghetti safely in your pockets, maybe you could try striking up a conversation with her? Even if it doesn't lead to sexytimes, maybe you could get introduced to some of her lady-friends? And/or it could help take away this feeling that black women are harder to get due to the social taboos and help you see them as just another person.
