I'm guessing it's "Jigoku Sensei" by Soutaiseiriron. Excellent group! The singer is Etsuko Yakushimaru, and she's done a few anime theme songs on her own, too.

Speaking of songs that you can't find I'm trying to find the song Labyrinth by Con I can't find it anywhere but apparently Con is a doujin band that does touhou music covers.

I found their website and nico account but I have no idea where to actually get their music. If someone could find this for me I would love you forever.

For IRC resources I don't have any myself. a lot of us use the non-web clients like Hexchat or mirc but Hexchat is what I use personally.

As for the ban issue you can message me on twitter or find me in another irc channel (I usually lurk around larger channels like #doki #commie-subs and #vita) and send me a direct message and I'll see if I can help out.

Kiwi seems to be working now, but I'll keep that in mind. I'll be sure to look into hexchat too.
