I like typeface and formatting of everything, but as Edu implies, it is visited mostly by people who know stuff, study or just like to read a lot, these kind of persons usually sleep during the day and are browsing or reading during dark ours.
I think I would be a bit more pleasant to have a dark background and light letters.

When everything is way to close together the eyes get tired not from reading but for trying to focus on words and lines.

I changed the the board up a little bit. I got rid of the highlighting
because (since I am a bit of a newfag when it comes to CSS) I couldn't
figure out how to change the color of it. I also fixed other minor things
