Me? I tend to walk around and wonder why everything looks so strange. Or some nights I don't really care about the strangeness of everythings appearance, and just want to get through the dream without too much hassle. Sometimes I wonder if that's too much to ask for, though.

Hi John,

I have lucid dreams most nights, so what I do in my dreams is largely influenced by me. However, when I have non-lucid dreams, most of the time my friends and family play a role in it. I also seem to get apocalyptic themes a lot, don't know what's up with that.

That's interesting, John. I attain lucidity sometimes, but I always lose it once I get too excited. How do you manage to keep yourself under control?

It's a matter of getting used to it, really. After getting lucid for so many times, you'll get less excited, and you'll remain lucid. At least, that's how it went for me.
