>>43Emi had one of the most solid routes overall, certainly. I liked the overall tone and conflict in it and I thought the story was incredibly easy to relate to. Both her and Rin certainly felt different though, I think that had to do with one writer doing all of act 1, and then the other writers picking up at act 2 for their own routes.
I felt the same way about Hanako and Lilly. Lilly just went by the book of cliches and didn't really cover any new ground or explore any concepts that hadn't been internally tackled by the other routes.
Hanako's felt slow to me, mostly because the entire route elapses in two weeks' time. All of the events were fairly predictable up until the H-scene, although I don't think that's a bad thing. The H-scene was good for blowing up that small conflict that had been building across the route, and I liked that the writer just went for it and threw out something that highlighted all of the problems between her and Hisao. I thought the ending was a little lacking in that it didn't address just how awkward the H-scene was and that it never drew all of the possible parallels between Hanako and Hisao, but overall I was satisfied.
