But I actually RP a lot of horror stuff, and used to run a space survival horror RP with my gal pals. Anyway, I'll leave this here.

Don't got logs of it, but on the more extreme end of the scale I have a Tonberry I'll play as.
Once had a guy play a group of three exploring cave ruins, older two bump into said Tonberry and get predictably killed(although 'offscreen' since the 'main' character was the then-survivor.)
And so led to a poor, barely-teenage kid getting slowly chased through the darkness of a mountain's heart before being caught, abused mentally with Everyone's Grudge, and then knifefucked to death.

Blood and gore is a lot of fun but it's just the cherry on top that is the psychological aspect. I find that my common murderer stories scare people more since I try keep it real, grounded in reality. Once had a long term thing with me as some yandere neet girl I once thought up, real fucked up character. Lot of fun, you guys got to try horror out.

I remember doing horror stuff in an IMVU slaughter house room where the owner, mods and I did what we could to try and make people puke on their keyboards. I've unfortunately lost my pc with all the logs and printscreens in a homefire. But fucking aye it was some of the best times I've had.
I always added the dramatic element into the scene, the fearing victim, who wrote in such a way to make your heart sink into your stomach and leave your throat painfluly tight. So many times I'd get a message on skype from the room owner with a picture attatched of his inbox. The stuff he got sent for being the room owner was hilarious.

I'm quite into transformation and identity change type of games (in addition to all sorts of other lewd stuff, of course). Me and a long-term partner of mine had a series of games going where we would alternate GMing for each other, slowly building up a whole universe around this one concept. I have the logs on one of my old computers. Will see if I can find them later.
Basically, it all started with him playing a weakened demi-god character who needs servants. He finds one of the local college girls and transforms her from a conservative Christian into a goth girl, the proceeding to make her into a succubus. Said succubus (played by myself) then seduced one of the teachers and transformed him into a vampire girl… And on it went, escalating to involve werewolves, spider-girls, several girls joined together into a centipede-type creature that sustains itself by luring people into the woods and feasting on their innards…
Every once in a while we will jump around to focus on different characters and see what they were "up to". The mood kind of shifted between sexy, creepy or ridiculous and funny. Would love to do something like that again, actually! That was back when I was kind of new to ERP, so I think the quality would be much better if I did it all over again now.

Cosmic Horror works best for me when combining the genre with /erp/.
The idea of carnal acts between a group of friends that slowly increase in intensity and depravity, while slowly beginning to realize a strange influence on them, the idea that their actions are furthering the progress of some… thing into our world. They try to stop but by this point, the influence is too strong, a few may escape, surely, but those most intoxicated with the Thing's power are helpless to it's whims.
It could even continue with the friends of the victims or those who escaped investigating once the bodies are found, trying to understand the presence felt there. Maybe they discover a cult and are captured or fight them off, perhaps they encounter monsters of terrifying visage, their body's contorted sickeningly with limbs belonging to the wrong species and in the wrong place on the torso and so on.
You could even do it more subtly, perhaps they spend a night at a strange mansion and when they leave, a presence invades their minds. It influences their thoughts and feeds on their fears, slowly edging them towards depravity, perhaps with some sexual twist.

I've been wanting to do an rp for a while now where dumb, horny teens go to a haunted house where some evil bag-on-head chainsaw monster demon picks them off one-by-one (pic related, I'm a sucker for Big Bull Crocker's design). They spend their last days alive mostly just screwing each other silly.
It has a few of my other favourite things, like the cute boy and his immediate harem somehow getting out alive, but beyond that everyone is fair game. I actually got to rp it with one sub-standard partner and we ended with the survivors being transformed into demons, but I'd love to give it another go some time.

I recently met a partner whom I do a lot of gore stuff with, though it's not really creepy in any way. We do things like torture, humiliation, rape, murder roleplays. Carving SLUT into a girl's torso with a knife and cumming on it afterwards, whilst she's still alive.
