As for one of my own:

My current little idea is still a bit rough, but I guess that's for the best when it comes to shopping ideas around at random RP people. I have this character I'd like to play, you see. She's kinda plain looking, even has some acne scarring, maybe a slight overbite, and in general a pretty unremarkable body. The premise of the game would pretty much be that through whatever means available within the setting she's slowly turned into a beautiful fucktoy or a ditzy bimbo, whatever suits the person controlling the transformations. The girl would obviously be after just getting hot, but it's probably gonna be hard to stop the flood once you open the gates, you know?

I've just had an idea for something kinda similar to the Ero Empire game, but perhaps a little more aggressive. Players make their kingdoms or whatever and compete to defeat each other, having various lewd adventures along the way. Upon creation of their kingdom, each player must also make a "prize" character, the typical example of which would probably be a young princess. There'd be more of a focus on combat in one way or another though and when one player defeats another's capital, they get to claim their victim's prize. The loser must roleplay as their prize as the victor lays claim to them in any way they wish (obviously, this couldn't actually be enforced in any way other than threatening to kick them out of the game or something if they don't play along, but hopefully anyone who does play would want to do it anyway). The prize can act as defiantly or submissively as the loser wants, but ultimately cannot escape their fate. When a player is defeated in this way, they must rebuild, either as the same civ with a new prize or a different civ altogether. Either way, they get a headstart depending on how many points or something they'd earned.
Alternatively, a player might marry off or even whore out their prize to other players for various reasons. Maybe a player might exchange their prize's purity for protection when in danger of elimination or something.
Yeah, the whole idea isn't really fleshed out much yet, but I thought I'd share it anyway and see what people think.

I've had this idea based around RPG Job Classes that I've been wanting to try some stuff with ever since I read some FFT Doujin that made job class switching seem like this super serious and deeply meaningful thing.
The character would be a Master Strategist with the power to change a person's job class and optimize them to fit. Mostly for transformation reasons, like class changing a guy to the Milkmaid class and turning them into a busty, lactating woman in the process.

I want to make a cowgirl profile. Perhaps one of the least original ideas on the planet and I'm painfully aware of the issues involved with making something compelling from it.
So far all I've ever come up with is that cows are the result of high-end breeding and can trace their genetic lineage back to Excellia, the Minotaur queen. Bred for fertility, sexual apatite and obedience cowgirls are humanoid- sporting the tail and some kind of ears and a one-word vocabulary "Moo"
They're simple-minded, or stupid depending on your view. A basic latch gate will hold one indefinably and their ability to learn extends just far enough to recognize a name or two and understand their needs. Loyalty is easy to gain and keep and as a rule cows are overbearingly sweet.
Breeder cows- shemales tend to reflect their part monster roots more strongly. They sport horns and an often muscular body in addition to standing close to- if not seven feet tall. These are a touch smarter then the females and while initially just as docile they can be considerably aggressive if provoked or not regularly "milked" Instances of breeders forcing themselves on inattentive farmhands is not unheard of.

So, looking back on it now, I had a somewhat hellraiser style idea that I didn't feel like I could properly roleplay. It focused heavily on non-penetrative style sex.

Been toying with the idea of making a character around the concept of body control. The mind of the character being completely her own, but being tied to a certain object, which is part of her being, that can be possessed by others and used to control her movements.
It originally came as a sort of "daughter of a genie" idea, with the object she's tied to mimicking the nature of a magic lamp or other such cursed object (without actually being IT), but I've also toyed with twisting that original thought and making it more golem-like. Probably gonna stick to the first idea, though, because it's more organic – shamefully, I've never been able to get much into playing characters with inorganic origins.

An idea I've had for a GM style game is having a player read through a lewd cursed choice-your-own-adventure book, with the GM controlling the content of the book and reveals the result of the choices, with the twist that anything lewd that happens in the book, happens to the character or people the characters know within a few days, and keeps repeating until the character continues reading the book.
In case of bad end, then the book reverts to a save point for the payer to continue from, but until they do, then they'll repeatedly experience the bad end too.

After stumbling across this image, an ageplay scifi kind of thought came into my head. Basically, special agent or investigator lady of some sort (yes, I know this is Sherry Birkin, but I'm thinking more generically) gets sent to check on some AI-automated school or other such facility.
Early on she encounters problems with the AI in question insisting on applying rules to her, like "all girls must be properly uniformed in common areas" or other badly formed rules - probably not directly malicious but more of a "cruel bureacracy" theme. So she ends up stripped down by the machines and dressed up against in a uniform, possibly with other shenanigans to go with it.
From there… I dunno. It could be something with ageplay treatment and being forced to behave as "a proper young lady", or finding that she's not the only one and in fact it was originally a college or business or something before the AI took over. Here's some vague, silly "warped societal standards" ideas to go with different images I've run across lately.

Alright, so I'm doing something long-term with a partner and it's lead up to a club called The Devil's Advocacy (yes I know how that sounds). I’ve had the idea in my head all night. I want to make a spooky ghost girl who lives in a spooky house. I thought I’d share a few ideas, and hopefully get a few back!
