Can we have a writting / story telling thread? Is this allowed in this board? While I love ERPing a lot, I also love the freedom writting gives you in general, and I love writting and fleshing out lewd and sexualy driven scenes or even whole worlds.

So yeah, lets just have a general writting discussion thread.

What are you guys working on?

Do you need help, maybe opinions?

Do you have any interesting concepts or ideas for a story you would like to share?

Maybe even some concept art you are working on to complement your text?

Formating ideas?

Tips or advice you might want to share?

Questions?

Anything story telling goes.

Also, just as a starting discussion, have you guys ever tried to write with other people? Not like ERPing, but just writting stories with someone else, where you both discuss what will happen and make edits and add to the text. I think it would be a pretty interesting experience, especially with someone you know and love, but I'm not sure how many people would be open to, or enjoy this.

Isn't writing stories with someone else essentially what roleplaying is? I know there's a difference between random RP and creating a fleshed out story, but I have had partners with whom we've discussed the plot and direction we'd like to take the play in before we started.

I'm terrible at artistic stuff. I doodle really rough things in my notebook while I'm in class, but when it comes to finding solid pictures for things, my sketches are the next best thing to useless. Sooo… I use the art of more talented people.

Roleplaying is writing / playing out stories with someone else, but writting stories with someone else isn't necessarily roleplaying since you might not be playing a role in the story at all. So no, one thing does not imply the other.

I've sort of written with someone else before. Basically, I kept asking her for the details as I planned it out, then wrote it according to the plan. It was a gangbang scene, so the details were things like the number of guys involved, the perspective written from, the places they fucked the girl and general plot progression. It was pretty fun. I haven't written anything in quite some time now though, I've mostly been roleplaying instead, but there is one scene I can't quite get right with a partner so I might write it out on my own.

I actually have an idea for a series of stories, and would like to know what you guys think.

It's about a girl and a boy who get kidnapped and put into a house where their world is little more than two rooms connected by a corridor, and each other. They each stay in their separate rooms, and once in a while one of them is called by the people who are organizing this whole thing. They tell them what they need to do to the other person, and then they will be allowed to enter the other person's room to do all kinds of degrading, humiliating and hurtful things to them. The girl is constantly pregnant and has to abort over and over again, the boy is always bruised and cut. They both hate it, they hate hurting each other or being hurt, but they know that they'll be much more severely punished if they resist or refuse to their captors demands.

They don't really like each other that much at the beginning, but as time goes on and as they go through more and more together they start developing feelings towards one another before eventually falling in love. From then every second they spend together is a mix of pain and regret because of the things they have to to the one they love, but they will still pray for the next time to come, just so they can see each other.

Tell me what you think guys, I think it would be so sweet and interesting developing their personalities and their feelings molded by all they are going through, all paired with the realization in the end that all that love is probably just a very loose form of stockholm syndrome.

The general line of thought definitely gets my attention - I've pondered things like it for 'alien experiment/zoo' type things - but the violence in particular doesn't do much for me. I suspect others would like that, though.

The focus would not really be on the violence itself, but how they deal with each other despite it. I'll focus a lot on their feelings towards each other, and how they cope with having to hurt each other, perhaps even much more than the action itself. For me it's not really the sex or violence, but how they feel during the things they are put through. And then there are those moments when they are just alowed to talk for a bit after it all went down. Despite the bruises they would be smiling all the time, sharing their likes and wants with each other, before being forced to degrade and hurt each other again. Just pure lustless love that is so reinforced by endless pain and forgiveness that it just can't be shattered. And of course, exploring and fleshing out each step towards that love is half the fun.

This may put some people off, but yeah…

Love gives me a major hardon.

Now to find the will to stop being lazy and start writting.

I'm all for this. Love is also what gives me a hardon. What do you plan on for the production of this? Writing it all yourself or having two experienced/inexperienced erpers do it while you narrate/keep the story straight?

I think I'd want to be the grill, but I'm not experienced or anything. This is, at the least, great fantasy for getting off to.

I want to write it alone, sorry. It's just such a personal thing, and I really want to have full control of it. But I had never considered that option, so if I change my mind I'll let you know. The only problem with this idea is that the people involved would have to be really open to a lot of things, since I do want to stress the feeling of pain, disgust and humiliation.

I'm preparing to write a lengthy smutty fic in an Underdark-like setting about an army of Duergar and their assorted mercenary/adventurer allies conquering and pillaging and enslaving a Drow city.

I have all kinds of ideas already, but I'd appreciate to hear some of yours. What would you want to see in a story like that?

How different is he from the other orcs in the setting? Are they just generally non-nice or "always chaotic evil"?

Building on that, how does he fit into (orc or other) society? Is he a pariah, a respected pillar of the community, or a hermit?

Is he actively altruistic or just chill? Is he religious? Does he apologetically venerate some orc deity of blood and slaughter, or a nicer god?

The orcs in the tribe is worshipping a demon for strength, and they use newborn half-orc children as sacrifice to gain strength from said god.

I'm focusing on the more innocent part of his life, where the orc children grow up to a point of age of rite, when they must give up something of importance to gain a tattoo of the demon. (eyes, hands, it's depends on what the orc give up)

He will go through the rite, but in his case, he will have the help of the seer, who was part of his childhood. She will take his innocence in return and make him bond to a god of nature. Freeing him from his tribes control.

He will be rather chill, but hide his past until he meet someone he can trust.
