If I were to actually give a futa much characterization in a realistic setting, they're most likely going to have some kind of complex about it, at least growing up. My first thought is: you play a bit of a country bumpkin, homeschooled and sheltered from society so you're not subjected to ridicule and ostracization, but the result is social isolation. You're also largely ignorant of sex.

And then some kind of shift happens, and you're placed in a more crowded, urban setting, where sex is a much greater part of the public consciousness. It'd be convenient to just go, "and then your parents died and you have to go live with city-dwelling relatives", but that seems trite. Maybe you're going off to college and your parents just don't realize how naive they raised you to be.
