For archiving purposes use "screencaptor":

screencaptor has a scrolling window capture option that will automatically scroll and capture from any selected window.
when you press the scrolling window option you can select a window and press ctrl+click which will open a menu where you can begin the scrolling capture (option 3)
This will open a menu from which you can alter some settings - usually nothing needs to be changed.
You can try the test option, it will tell you what might work.
Now you are ready to capture and edit the final picture…
most important features are the top and bottom margins which will remove any extra stuff(cropping)
If there is a double capture (or more) at the bottom of the same thing "trim and show" vert will remove that.
If you press 100% it will show you the full size and make editing easier.
things at the top and the bottom like the url bar and taskbar can be removed by increasing "Top" and "Botm"
It will be easier to stitch 2 frames together if you look between them and try increasing "Top" or "Botm" until text/images align.
That's it - it should cut time by a lot compared to printscreening chunks at a time.
