not OP, and i vote to keep it this way, but my main problem was with the fact that it got changed in the first place.
so much content was lost that day, so much history, some shit from before 8chan even implemented .swf's, all gone because one faggot decided to fuck around with the CSS (which pretty much nobody supported when it was first suggested). now that it has happened, the CSS really becomes a trivial matter. there's no way to get back what was already lost.
regardless, /f/'s former glory will not be restored until .swf's regain their support on the site, regardless of how great or shitty a BO you are. and that doesn't seem to be happening in the near future.
