Hello! I decided to make this board to encourage fellow fans who are interested in this niche.
1. This board is SFW, apart from the foul language expected from the chans. No explicit content permitted, nor necessary.
2. The design is the central concern of the character creation process. Please reserve your criticism for the quality/creativity/"sense" of the design, as opposed to the quality or artist's skill.
3. If you are an artist, linking to your other work is allowed. However, please give a NSFW warning if that is applicable.
4. There's really no limitations as to what you can contribute, but I believe the more plausible it is to appear in the series, the better.
5. Unless it's a pre-evolution, evolution, branched-evolution, mega evolution, or in some way related to an already existing Pokemon, discussion of them is not allowed. This won't be strictly enforced, however.
