Duplicate threads are constantly an issue. See also: Igavania, Kojima, recently Yooka-Laylee, and often Splatoon.

I don't give a shit if you're for or against TW3, but that shouldn't spill into general threads about GOG, and threads that topically overlap with another existing thread should be pruned without mercy.

Irrelevant. I was commenting on the problem of duplicate threads, and anything more than 1 concurrent thread is a duplicate. Those games are rather akin to The Witcher 3: As yet unreleased, no new information, recycled and regurgitated opinions and content. They just happen to be more popular here; that doesn't make duplicate threads okay.

If you're going to argue for enforcement of this rule it has to be evenly, or you're just trying to drown out threads you don't like with threads you do.

But that's a lie though, Splatoon had a huge Global Online testfire/demo when all the duplicate threads were happening. Right fucking now, there is 5 whole wticher threads up. And most of the yooka-laylee threads I've seen were around the time the character reveal and the kickstarter funding
