What´s with all of the webm threads?

The moment one of 'em hit 300 posts someone farts out another.

While i'm typing there's one one p11 with 327 posts in it, and already there's a new one on p1.

I thought repeating threads would get deleted if the previous one either didn't have >500 posts, or wasn't on p15.

I don't mind having more than one webbum thread around, but when the burgers are awake during peak hours i've found up to four webm threads. Each auto-bumplocked with just over 300 posts in it.
