Rule 10 prohibits flame wars in threads where they don't belong (I believe this is what you were banned for previously). You began posting in a Linux thread which was, based on the content of your post and your reputation on 8chan, a clear attempt to start a flame war.

My question to you is this: what point are you at in your life where you see your best course of action as making people angry on an imageboard? Even your !!MEE tripcode reeks of such narcissism. Surely you can do better than this! Allow me to offer a few friendly suggestions:

except that's not how the rules work, and it's based upon a present notice, not a past notice. you ban for what has been done at the time it has been done, not weeks and weeks after the fact.

there is a reason why things like the statue of limitations or double jeopardy exist within various legal systems across the world- to prevent the feds from harassing people years after they've committed crime.
