1. - Please submit content that is relevant to our experiences as women, for women, or about women- if the content has an issue that pertains to both men and woman, it may be posted.
1.1- Yes, this includes transgendered individuals. Don't quibble / bitch about syntax.
1.2 - "What do men think" or "what do transsexuals think" threads are not allowed. If you want to ask transsexuals who identify as women something, use one of the transsexuality boards, which can be found over at >>>/LGBT/. By posting on /fem/, you should be opening any questions you have to all women. In practice, lots of men are going to give opinions too, some pretending to be women and others not, anyways.
2. - Questions by men are welcome.
2.1 - Questions related to meeting, wooing, and understanding women in general go in the Men Ask Women thread. If you're not asking for help or advice with a specific situation, it goes in the MAW thread. If you're asking for specific advice getting a woman's attention or affection, it goes in the MAW thread.
3. - Porn should be spoilered unless it is softcore.
4. - No shitposting please- 'funposting' or being in general silly is allowed, but going out of your way to shitpost is annoying, so please don't do it. If you're banned for "Shitposting" - you probably broke this rule so have some common sense.

Yes, interpretation of antagonism is up to the mod, cry more. If that's too oppressive for you or you're unsure, just don't use complex questioning.
4.3.1 - No, this is not the same as "asking a complex question". Any post complaining about how the mod does not allow complex questions is ban-worthy. Use a search engine to educate yourself, honestly.
4.4 - Threads complaining about the moderation are off-topic and will be deleted. This is definitely because the mod is a horrible nazi and not even slightly because the thread itself is completely off-topic and /meta/ exists for this kind of bullshit.
4.5 - Threads complaining about SJWs and third wave feminists are good candidated for deletion and repeated spam of this sort is a good candidate for a ban. Take it to >>>/pol/ - Also, see Rule 5 and calm down.
4.6 - Most of /fem/ may be moist between the thighs for /pol/, but that doesn't mean this is /pol/. Keep /pol/-specific shitposting in /pol/.
5. - 3rd wave feminist, Rad Fem, and social justice warrior bullshit is discouraged and repeated incidences may result in a ban. This is because these movements push agendas touting inequal rights as just and acceptable, because their proponents are generally unpleasant conversationalists, and most of all because the movements damage the equalities of and relationships between genders, as well as the personal liberties and peace of mind of individuals of any gender. Disagree? Get stuffed and fuck off. There are plenty of places online for SJW whining, and /fem/ strongly asserts its right not to be one of them.

Under the Conservative government, net migration has hit an all time high despite claims to reduce immigration. As the video shows, multiple Western governments are seeking to ban this discussion and any opposition to Islam. This is a direct attack upon Freedom of Speech which again, the majority of citizens support and were not asked if they wanted prohibited.

Hey, /fem/, I'm going through some strange times in my life. I'm a male feminist, but I find myself increasingly disagreeing with a lot of the ideas put forth by some radical feminists. I'm not here to discuss the specifics, but to generalize: I'll sometimes see straight up fake statistics used to push an agenda, and even if I agree with the agenda, I still think that kind of thing is screwed up. I'll other times see women saying that they hate men and that they don't respect them as allies, which makes it especially hard for me to feel welcome within the movement, even if I know that this kind of thing is often venting or is purposely exaggerated.
But when I try to talk to feminists I know in real life - or the ones that are posting online - about my concerns with where the movement might be going, they tend to immediately go on the offensive. I can't attempt to initiate a well-intentioned discussion without them attacking me. Not ALL of them, mind you, but many of the ones I know in person.
I go to an incredibly liberal, 80% female school that is full of feminists. I loved it at first, but I'm afraid to try and go against the grain for fear of ruining my reputation.
I'm taking a high-level course on feminism this semester (this is the second course I've taken, the first being on general feminist theory, and this one being on gender in media). On the first day I quickly saw that the other people in the class did not see eye to eye with me (which is usually fine, but they literally whisper corrections under their breath if they disagree with a point I make, and that makes me really uncomfortable). I know some of these people from previous classes, and I have no doubts that if I say something they do not agree with that they will jump down my throat for it, regardless of what evidence I can bring to the table.
TL;DR - I'm worried that many feminists I know and that I see online are discarding empirical evidence and when I try to talk to them about it they yell at me and make me feel unwelcomed.
What should I do, /fem/? This is something that's been bugging me for a while, and I'm sorry if it comes off as SJWy because that's 100% not what I'm aiming for.

For the sake of this question, let's assume that the couple broke up because of personal issues and not actual relationship issues, and that nothing was said just to "soften the blow" or "not to hurt feelings". Has anyone ever been in a similar situation where it's worked out in the end? If so, how did it happen? Did they stay your friend or did they give you space? This is something that's sort of bugged me for a while and I figure you ladies might provide an honest answer since this is (mostly) an anonymous board. My question is:Why do women never give men honest dating advice?
Some of the first places many guys go to for dating advice are their female friends and relatives. It's logical to think that this would be the best source of information but, in all reality, it doesn't seem to be.
Women always give out the same old advice about being yourself, being funny and polite and friendly. All of that is good, of course, but it doesn't really help a guy get with a girl.
I've never heard women straight up tell a guy that he needs to start working out, get a haircut, shave, and buy some new clothing. They never seem to say something like "Well, you're a little awkward in social situations so you should work on that."
It's always "The right girl will like you for YOU." Which is nice but, once again, doesn't help a guy who has pretty much run out of ideas.
Take my buddy, for example. He did alright but when he became a marine women were all over him. It was hilarious because he couldn't go anywhere without women trying to fuck him. After he left the service and got out of shape, the pool of hungry women dried up.
Even I experienced this. I had always been mildly attractive, or so I've been told. When I started lifting and showing some real gains, though, women would hit on my right in front of their husband or bf.
It was like night and day. I got some attention before but I got TONS of attention after.
I don't think there's anything wrong with being attracted to primary masculine characteristics just like there's nothing wrong with a guy being attracted to a nice set of tits.
