For A, there's the fear that she's just going to hear that and run. I've actually tried A once, was after a second date with a girl it just naturally came out in conversation that I was a virgin (it was that or lie about it, so I figured own it) and she seemed genuinely surprised at it but pretty much instantly dropped me; the next day she cancelled our third date and went stone cold. There's more to it than that, mind you, which I won't go into because not my personal blog, but I can't help but think that A is a bad idea.
For B, I can't help but think that it would interrupt things. You're about to get hot and heavy with someone and suddenly they drop a bombshell like that and I mean you're going to want to talk about it. And then everything gets weird.
For C, it's obviously too late.
