But most white men aren't serial killers. I've personally only killed one person, and that was self-defense, not even maliciously. Seriously, I was acquitted of criminally negligent homicide and brandishing a weapon in commission of a felony. Although I'm sorry someone had to die, and it wasn't my conscious intent to kill him, he created the situation and it was him or me. I used to have nightmares about it, and I was paranoid as fuck for a couple months after, and I questioned if there was possibly another way out of the situation without killing someone, but I have since dealt with all these things and accepted that it is not my fault he's dead.
I say all that to say:
Most white men are not the creepy, violent serial killers your university sociology professor wants you believe we are. Even a white person like myself who has taken a life, we still have compassion, mercy, and a conscience. Even in a situation where someone died due to their own action, I still felt remorse and self-doubt immediately after the fact. One therapist I was forced to see suggested I had mild post-traumatic stress disorder, even though I don't believe I did. I didn't relive the event over and over (except in dreams), I didn't avoid the location where it happened, etc. I was just moderately paranoid and had nightmares. And my point is that remorse and regretful retrospect existed, even though it wasn't my fault. If that isn't suggestive of a good person, I don't know what is.
I would think your best bet is going to be with white men. You've already said you're done with black men, hispanic men don't like you, and believe me, Asian families are much the same as the hispanics you're talking about. That is, they don't like us roundeyes. Despite what certain people want you to believe, your best bet for being accepted by a particular racial group these days is with whites.

People have begged me in the past not to kill them when I go on a shooting spree. Yeah, forget about the last ones who were either asian or asian mix, and all the black who have killed random people.
