>>50252>I'll give you women a bit of advice, men don't like lots and lots of makeup piled on to womens facesI think most men don't understand how makeup works, or what it is. There's a huge difference between wearing full coverage and light coverage. There's a huge difference between wearing a shitty orange foundation over bad skin, caked on with a nasty brush, and someone with good skin wearing a bb cream.
Makeup that's done well is supposed to look natural, it's supposed to look like it's your own skin.
Makeup that's heavy is because the woman is a n00b (usually young girls do this), has some deformity or skin problem (like heavy cystic acne) oooor because she has some sort of mental problems/is stupid (eg. chavs).
Image related, she's wearing makeup.

http://www.8ch.net/fem/res/48463.html#50177It's basically peer pressure and a weird myth perpetuated by beauticians and old crones, that it makes you look more feminine. Guys tend to have bushy eyebrows, so I guess the logical step is to eradicate all eyebrow hair to look ultra feminine.

I'll never understand women who use makeup, yeah sure it can make you "more" attractive but it's a lie.

>>50536>yeah sure it can make you "more" attractive but it's a lieIt depends on how you use it, it's mostly to highlight features and such. Most women wear bras to make their boobs look perky and nice clothes, you wouldn't call them liars.
>it's unhealthy and makes you age like fruitIncorrect. While there are certain chemicals which can worsen your skin in terms of propensity for acne and ellergen sensitivity, makeup actually prevents the skin from aging due to the barrier it creates, or can create, between your skin and the sun.
It's like wearing sun screen all year round (if your makeup has SPF) and can be great if you live in the city, where there are many gross pollutants in the air.

>>50555>see??
I said I don't care 100% what guys think, which implies I care a slight bit. I think you misunderstood me anon, I apologise for not laying out my sentences more clearly.
Partially I do of course care, because I want to look attractive to the opposite sex. Wearing makeup helps me with that because it prevents me from getting UV A and B damage, it highlights my nice features (such as my eyes and freckles) and makes me look more attractive, which is an asset in this 'appearances count' world.
I know it's difficult to let go of this false binary of 'women who care about fashion and makeup are all bimbos, women who play vidya and are intellectual don't wear any' ,but it's simply not true. The reality is far more complex, and I will concede that there are women who do their makeup incorrectly, use too much of it, are lying with their makeup etc. but that's not the majority of women.
Most women actually wear makeup anon, you just don't notice it because it's done well.
I think you should also analyse why you're against makeup from a purely practical sense. Having a gender binary is a good and natural thing, makeup, long hair, cute dresses and all that junk reinforces this binary. Why do you want women to be less feminine?

Not true, I'm fairly capable of telling if a girl is caked in makeup or just wears eyeliner, I've been around lots of women from different ages and socio-cultural divisions and I've discovered that only westernized teenagers and really old ladies wear makeup, the rest just don't.
>make up makes women femenineAnd who taught you that? May I ask.
Feminity is in all effects an intrinsic product of the gender, such as masculinty for men, or in other words, females are femenine by nature, painting their faces is just a subset of cultural behaviors associated with feminity, not the other way around.
Feminity has nothing to do with makeup, a woman is femenine wether she wears cosmetics or not.

>>51661>brushesYou might want to avoid brushes actually. They're not very hygenic and only advisable if you're a burn victim or you have cystic acne in my opinion (v high coverage).
Use your fingers. They warm up the so called paste of whatever you're using, making application easier, they give a more natural finish, they're much more hygenic. Makeup artists actually use fingers more often than brushes. Brushes are just this thing big businesses like to push on n00bs when they don't really need it.
The only brush I use is a kabuki brush, if I'm going to some event like a dinner party and need that matte powder crap.
I'm not saying throw away your brushes, they can still be great for powders (eyeshadows, powder) but blending with fingers will always trump brushes when it comes to looking smooth and natural.

You should just accept that your eyeshape/face structure might not be compatible with heavy eyeshadow. Embrace slight lid shimmers and subtle eyeliners.
As for lipstick, try other things. I also end up licking all my lipstick off. Try lip tints (it's like an ink that absorbs into your lips) or matte liquid lipstick, or even a good lip balm. Experiment a bit and find what works for you.

>>51722I hope it turned out fine! I like to buy bb cream samples before I buy the whole thing, but I guess if it's the wrong shade you can still use it as a tinted sunscreen on your body. It sounds weird but I do that and it looks really nice when you're wearing a sundress. Makes your legs look nice and slim.

It's coming here on Monday but I'll only get it on Saturday as I'm currently away. I am really excited to try it out. I mentioned before I tried a BB cream but when I googled more about it I realized I haven't. I tried those tinted creams that are apparently different.

30895e No.53315
>>53291Tumblr.
She's claimed to have been dieting and eating healthy multiple times, but her portions are still massive and she's still smearing shit in sugars and fat. She's downing protein bars when she doesn't need them and chugging cranberry juice, which is just all fucking sugar. She really thinks that cutting soda and ramen and freezer nuggets out of her diet was some big accomplishment.

>>53769Ok, I'm sorry about being so pedantic, but "I could care less" implies that on a scale of caring (with minimum and maximum caring) you COULD care less.
Meaning you DO care, even a little bit.
You should say "I couldn't care less" which implies that you are already at the minimum level of caring.
