It sounded like you were saying women couldn't be buff. Women don't have as much visible strength as men, but they can still train to lift heavy (up to a point).
It's really not that complicated, and all you have to do is eat a ton of food then work off the extra fat.
When I lifted I put on muscle, but plateaued due to nutrition and school. I'll probably go back to it soon because it's nice to feel strong.

No, I didn't. You interpreted it wrong. I only said it's not as easy.

Testosterone plays a part in building muscle which normal women don't… really erupt with. Women also accumulate more fat because of that deficit, so becoming ripped is really hard if you're going natural.

By being cute and intimate in girly ways. You want to establish emotional intimacy. It always helps if you can make her laugh, mild and good-natured teasing helps.
