If you are an employer, you care for profit. And you get the most profit with the best workers. Anybody can be a good worker, the employer doesn't care for gender, race, age or religion.

Just look at women, who can suddenly decide to get pregnant and then stay away from work for months while I'm required to pay them for nothing. What the fuck do women have that makes me want to put up with this shit? I'd very much prefer to simply hire a man instead.

Women, with their equality bullshit, are actually just a bunch of crybabies who think they somehow deserve to make as much as a man does. The reality is she just isn't as valuable as one, and that's far from the only reason for that fact.

The 'subjective' thing is deeper than it looks. The fact is the value of most people's work can't actually be measured. Nobody can really tell exactly how much value you bring to the company. Your contributions are confounded with everyone else's. People simply expect everyone to do their best and leave it at that. The expectations shift towards the group: they're expected to at the very least pay for their own cost. That's how the value of a manager can be measured: how well the people he manages are doing. That's one explanation of why those people make it big are have more status.

How can you reconcile with the fact that in many societies none of this ever happened? Thus disproving "Patriarchy theory" which is the cornerstone of modern feminism. And "deliberately" is too strong. You're essentially claiming that men and women, but moreso men, deliberately oppressed women, their closest confidants, for thousands of years. It's essentially implying that men are sadistic creatures who wanted nothing more than to put down women.

So, if patriarchy theory is correct, there is no redemption for men, and they just need to be fucking put down like the dogs that they are. Right? Why do you think radfems suggest this. Patriarchy theory.
