She and lacky come in with loud voices going "OH I GOTTA SHUT OFF MY PHONE BECAUSE WE CAN'T HAVE OUR PHONES OUT DURING WORK etc" Like wtf you two are two grown ass women, one a mother the other a nanny, I thought you raised kids like fucking act like them.

Hi, I might be able to help your situation.

I am a man that has had experience working with a mostly all female staff. I have watched girls literally rip each other apart like rabid animals when I wasn't there to lay down the law. It's just something with girls in groups.

Personally I think it's jealousy and resentment. The alpha bitch (Christina) hates the shit out of you because you are competition and has used this hatred to turn the other girls of the company against you. By getting others to hate you and making you feel miserable, she asserts her dominance and masks her insecurities by believing that she's better than you.

I can't speak to the vast and complex interactions between women, but I have found that treating disrespectful people like dogs works wonders. Be confident and unwavering. Speak to people in firm tones. Get them to believe that there is strength in your words and you should get respect out of them.

Either that or take them out-back and beat the shit out of them. Girls rarely expect another girl roll up their sleeves and deck them.

I'm not sure if it impacted her in anyway and I don't really expect it too. At this point, it's just the whole "give their animals their space and they will respect your space" kind of deal. I won't bother trying to get on friendly terms anymore and I refuse to reciprocate if she decides to be shitty to me.

She doesn't trust me taking delivery orders or packing because every night working with her I mess up at least once. Which leads into next story

That's about it. The boss called me earlier this week to change from Friday nights to Sunday mornings so I might not work with her, but I will try not to communicate with her during shift changes.
