What do you wear to bed, /fem/?
I wear pajamas usually, with a top like pic related and either pants like it too or shorts. If I'm lazy (been wearing my pj's during the day) then I'll just sleep in my undies.
I don't like nightgowns because I tend to curl up when I sleep, and that makes them roll up and leave my legs and butt entirely uncovered. I never sleep nude either. Something about it just feels weird.
I like cotton pj's. I've never tried satin or silk. 2posh4me I guess.

I wear gowns or big shirts (or any size shirt if I'm around the right people). I just can't do pajama pants while I sleep, and to a lesser extent, shorts. My legs feel too confined, no matter how loose the pants really are.

Whatever shirt I was already wearing and flannel pants or cotton knee-length shorts if it's summer. I don't like sleeping naked, I try it again every once in a while and it's really comfy at first but if it's cool it makes getting out of bed hellish and if it's warm I get all sticky from the direct skin contact.

My point was a lady doesn't get TSS from wearing a pad at night unless they're wearing the same one for days. Obviously a lady wearing pads wouldn't be naked and even if they wore a tampon at night and nothing else, they wouldn't get TSS unless they left it in for a really long time and even then, it's incredibly rare.
