>>58646>The universe is an infinite place with every condition that might exist having a finite probability. When you apply finite chance to an infinite dimension of reality (such as space or time), you're gonna find that sometimes, crazy things actually do happen, but not always as has been predicted.Except any well-read atheist would tell you that both space and time are
not infinite. They would tell you that time came into being at the time of the big bang.
The thing is that the universe is far too fine tuned to be not tampered with by a creator. Even the complexity of the primordial cell is far too complex to suddenly come into being, even accounting for the amount of planets that could sustain life. The odds are pretty much zero. And, again, Dawkins, Hitchens, and Harris would tell you the same thing, of course, before saying "But we got to remember that there is no God!" so that they can keep saying that they know a lot more than those dummies in the Bible Belt.
The only modern refutation of this is the theory of infinite universes. The problem with this is that there's not any evidence that there's even
one other universe. So the only thing you can do from there is have faith that there's an infinite number of universes, something that in my opinion seems a lot more far-fetched than the existence of a creator.
