>>58491not a grill, but from all the girls i have known over the years who have tried and struggled with losing weight, the problem is not the meals they eat, or even the exercise they do, for the most part they are pretty good with that stuff, the problem is eating in between meals.
don't drink soft drinks (and alcohol if you can avoid it), just drink water and low calorie drinks like tea.
don't eat snacks, at all, you don't need them, they are useless calories.
don't eat deserts or sweets, you'll get used to it after a few weeks.
don't eat fast food, make your own meals at home, even if they are simple, a vege heavy stir fry is easy and quite healthy.
eat slowly if you can and have smaller portions.
it takes your brain about half an hour to become aware of food in your stomach, so eating more slowly can help you to feel full before eating too much.
diet is about 70% of weight loss, fad diets rarely work, you can eat healthily and in a balanced way and lose weight quite effectively.
couple that with as much exercise as you can fit in comfortably and you'll notice losses quite quickly.
don't overdo things, it's better to have slower a loss rate which is sustainable than lose 5 kilos and then give up and gain it back again.
another point is that getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, and reducing stress in your life, can all help to maintain a healthy metabolism and help to lose weight.
good luck :)
