So I just really need to get this off my chest. But I can't really talk to my friends about it.
I'm 22 and I'm dating a 65 year old man. We've been dating for 7 months. We really dig each other and we have tons of fun and I'm really happy with him.
Just all of a sudden I REALLY thought about the age difference. At best he's got 15 years of staying in the great shape he's in now. So if we were to fall in love seriously, it definitely wouldn't be forever in this time. I shouldn't think so morbidly but it finally popped in my head and it's giving me an existential crisis about my life in general.
Well I feel better now that I got it out.

There are only two reasons I can fathom to even explain your situation.

1) He's fugging loaded.
- Dresses like a peer. Lives in a dining room mansion. Eats at the finest establishments. Owns a yacht. Reads faggot-tier "classical" literature. Etc, etc. The wealth acts like a disorienting glare, masking what would otherwise be obvious defects.

2) You've got a wierd fucking fetish.

Obviously if you're stuck on 2), then anything long term is a stupid idea.

But if it's 1), then you're choice is simple: Am I a gold digger or not? If yes, then obviously stay. If no, run to a nightclub now. Now.

Leaving you sad and unhappy, that's what. He won't want that. So straight up ask him what he or you can do about these unhappy things that will inevitably befall you. Hopefully he'll have an idea or two. Cause it's leaving you unhappy that's going to be his dying regret otherwise.
