So I might have devastated a poor boy today.

>Graduated High School early from rich white school, still has teen confidence/naivete and very little tact

>anyways, we are all working, same-old same-old

>hear female voice

>think someone is playing a video game

>computers everywhere

>get curious as to who is playing games

>listen closely

>sound is super faint

>I noticed one kid looking back, most likely looking for source of the same noise

>noise actually woman moaning

>get up from place, go around tables to other section

>look at coworkers laptop

>pornhub video buffering

>see nude woman eating dick

>shut the laptop

>coworker sees me

>mouth at him "you had porn", made sure kids don't see

>dumbass exclaims "FUCK!"

>boss sees

It didn't seem like any of the other kids noticed (all wearing headphones). I got a call from my boss's boss (super cool dude) to ask if I was at all offended and if I was ok. Told him that I was fine and that it seemed like an honest mistake. I couldn't help but feel really amused by the whole deal.

It's pretty much the same for gender respectively. In all cases they get a warning, it wasn't like he was looking at porn while clocked in, he was fapping at home and forgot.

Screwing people over doesn't always guarantee you come out ahead. There's no promotion for getting a coworker fired. It's not like you open up a better position that way. And if you do screw over a coworker like that, you basically ensure that no one wants to see you in a position of authority. Concocting little climbers don't do that because it only hurts them.

…this is why you should pull someone aside quietly when you have to share the embarrassing news. People can have bad reactions. Not everyone is so stoic or flooded with chan insanity and abuse that they remain unfazed by ridiculous shit. Honestly I think imageboards are really good at getting people to develop a thick skin. You kinda have to remember a lot of normal people still blow up or freak out at silly things.
