Stop focusing on weight specifically and work on getting fit. Start doing ab workouts, cardio, glute workouts etc. Improve your diet. Eat consistently don't skip meals and binge eat. Avoid fast food and eating out at shitty places. Learn to cook start looking up healthy cooking guides on youtube and adjust portions accordingly. Don't worry about weight worry about losing flab and toning up.

look into yoga routines too and do your own research for food. Starving yourself to get thin is going to end up fucking your nutrition over, you metabolism, your brain chemistry, emotions and you might end up developing an actual problem.
