Often, there's times in a thread where its a necissary to truthfully state your gender. Sometimes to enhance narrative or provide context.
I've been on chans for years and have been told "tits or gtfo", in even the most vanilla, productive conversations, for revealing my gender.
Now, all fine with that. It's all good fun. And I've seen tits produced often in my past, and do not blame them at'all for asking.

Tits or gtfo was intended to be used only against attention whores. The idea was if a women is going to drop her anonymity simply for attention the guys should at least get something worth their attention. The problem tits or gtfo was doomed to fail because when new people in their "copy everything" phase of channing see it they think you say it to someone just for being a girl. This would be fine if someone would explain this shit to them but thanks to "lurk moar" it almost never happens and thus you have a ton of people coming in who think it's for everyone.
