AB1 was (still is ?) a TV channel that aired a lot of french tv series made in the 90s (and generally badly acted) :

The scene is apparently dreamed by the guy at the end who thought that he and the others guys were under a spell by the girl in red. (When he wakes up he says "Where's the witch ?")

And if my googling is correct (the guys are named Jeremy, Fred and Julien) the show is "Le Groupe", more specifically http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1106040/?ref_=ttep_ep64
