The solution is to have a society founded by female doms and male subs. The fact they"ll set the social norms (plus maybe genetics iif its not just a genetic fluke or 100% psychology) means you may get a slightly above average amount of female doms/male subs.

Someone did try this once. It all fell apart, though I'm not sure on the details.

I sometimes like to imagine how it would've been cool if our evolution had moved towards having far more female births than male to maximize reproduction. Something like 10 female births for 1 male. That would've led to males being valuable reproductive assets. Forbidden from doing anything dangerous to get themselves killed, and a big payday for their matriarchal family to cash out when they reach sexual maturity and are married/sold to another family.

The scarcity causing them to be prone to being kidnapped or killed by their family's enemies, so they'd be made to dress conservatively and always be escorted by a girl from their family when outside.
