No, the first wave only established absolute basic rights for women. The 2nd established focus on minorities (lesbians, black women, 3rd world). The 3rd has finally accepted that women are free and can dress/act/live how they want. It also incoporated intersectionality and the fact that men shouldn't be shamed for being feminine either. If the 3rd wave had never come by, women would be wearing men's clothes and women-friendly porn/prostitution would be seen very differently (as oppression by the patrarchy, not a free choice a woman can make).
