I assumed that the entire roster would be made up of mons with Megas. and that Machamp was getting one in ORAS.

Now my guesses on what the roster would be made up of goes straight out the window.

Come to think of it though, by the time the game is released there might be another batch of megas - Machamp included. I mean Pokemon's been a yearly franchise since Platinum.

The roster being all mega-capable mons is still possible.

Hell I'd be surprised if the Gen 6 starters weren't playable given that this is one of the more popular sets of starters in years.

Yes, it is. But I'm pissed.
I really thought this going to be a fightan with some setups and mindgames.
It really looks like a masher like Naruto Storm, although I like the change of the keepaway gameplay and the close range gameplay. Useless in a small and circular arena, though… I don't understand the point.

Well, even a childish aspect can have some gameplay depths. Like Smash.
We definitly not need a martial art tournament and an evil organisation to make good fighting games.
A fighting game with a roster with woodland and farm creatures, like deers and cows can be played just like a BlazBlue.
