I have none from right now, but I have plenty from last year. I lost about 3 kilos during the summer, put 2 back up, and going at it again, harder than ever. After I reach 74 kilos natty, I wanna roid up. (Although I'm 1.78m -still a manlet-, my bones are really fucking thin and light. Here are my noob gains as i've only been using a home gym for the past 2 years I've been lifting, i'm currently at 183 cm / 78 kg - finally have gotten around my weight goal after losing 55 kg.

I've still got some fat to lose as can be seen by my pics and my man boobs; but it's getting better every month.

Current lifts are:

Bench - 70kg 5x5

OHP - 65kg 4x4

Row - 70kg 4x4

Deadlift - 160kg

Not the best especially my bench but I've never been very dedicated until recently but I think it's pretty good for someone who's just turned 18.

Will sign up to a gym soon so I can do proper full body including legs.

Errthing twice a week, following TGOs advice. Atm Im only lifting 4 days a week, and so I group chest with traps, shoulders and triceps. For shoulders, I do OHP with a barbell, 4x10, then do 3x12 raises for all delts (frontal raises, lateral raises and bent over raises), then end it all with a workout finisher. For triceps, I do skullcrushers, then cable pulldowns at different angles, both with a rope and with the bar. But I fancy the rope ones the most. I feel they are the most engaging. And so, I'm doing this first split on Monday and Thursday.

For Biceps, I do barbell curls(with the last few reps cheating), preacher curls, hammer curls and isolated curls for a nice peak. I do this split, together with back and forearms on Tuesdays and Fridays. I also do a variation of deadlifts that involves the legs a lot, since I dont have time for them. (expecting T-rex rage)

So is my bmi. But its not something that changes over night. Personaly i have 2 or three square meals a day. Grilled chicken with grilled or steamed veggies. I don't have anything against Hajib and Muhammad at my local pizza bakery. They happen to be nice people as far as I could tell. They've lived here for at least ten years now, and speak swedish fluently.

Also, when it's -28 degrees outside, and your option is to go outside to buy food, or have pizza delivered to your door, you'll be glad that the emergency pizza service is manned by Hajib and Muhammad. My numbers after 3 months were:

Squat 88 Kg 5x5

Bench 60 Kg 5x5

DL 100 Kg 2-3x5

OHP 40 Kg 5x5

Barbell Row 60 Kg

I followed ICF 5x5 for 3 months, but I was lifting 4 times a week instead of 3. I progressed quite fast on all my lifts but Bench, where I plateaued.

Switched to 4-Day Split afterwards, sticked to it for 3 months, now thinking about trying some full body routine again.

I didn't follow any diet regime nor I counted my calories. I knew how much I needed to eat to maintain/gain weight, so I ate accordingly. I've cut out all sweet drinks and now drink pretty much water with lemon only. My school cantine always serves atleast one meat food and I often have meat for dinner as well.

For supplements, I drink protein shake twice a day and take creatine, zinc, magnesium, B6 and B12 daily.

After a long phase of maintenance because of minor groin injury, I decided few days ago that I want to gain some lean mass, thus I started eating a bit more till I reach 80 Kg or so.

Anyway, I'm not the one who recommended the high intensity stuff but for what I know, you can try various things like circuit training, sprinting intervals, rowing. I'm not too much of a firm believer in doing things like HIIT for merely 15 minutes, but it seems to work for some. Personally, my body just responds better to steady state. You can also try swimming.

Looks like you put on a decent amount of muscle. My recommendation is not to cut too hard and lift heavy and not neglect cardio so that your deficit is mainly from working out and not from starving yourself. That's probably obvious. I dunno, it's all trial and error for everybody.
