If you drink one litre of it, you have a good 800 calories, and it's tasty as fuck.

Is eating pasta and drinking chocolate milk all day healthy? Not at all. The laws of thermodynamics don't bulge around fatties, though, and they won't bulge around you, either. You WILL put on weight.
