Milk all day every day. If you can drink a gallon of milk a day and not gain weight, then you can come complain about how hard it is to drink milk. I don't really recommend any more than half a gallon, though, at least to start with.

Not OP but I've been thinking of making protein shakes with quick oats and a banana for breakfast and lunch. Maybe a steak or chicken breast for dinner.

Essentially horse meals for breakfast and lunch then carnivore for dinner.

Eggs, at least 6~8, Powdered milk, butter and bananas, they're all cheap. I'm drinking with coffee, it's working, but sadly I'm not gaining weight, at least I'm fine with it I recommend a shake with 1L of Water, 3 whole bananas, 5~7 spoons of powdered milk, put in a blender, freeze it and it's ready to go, it's 20~30g of protein at most and 6 eggs equal 36~40g of protein, that's good for a skinny guy.

If you drink one litre of it, you have a good 800 calories, and it's tasty as fuck.

600 calories per 100g.

Is eating pasta and drinking chocolate milk all day healthy? Not at all. The laws of thermodynamics don't bulge around fatties, though, and they won't bulge around you, either. You WILL put on weight.

GOMAD is a little excessive for most, it's just a way to ensure you will gain weight. There is not a single person that can actually do GOMAD without gaining weight. It's a simple, one size fits all diet for people who claim they like totally can't gain any weight bro.

Milk in general, however, is great for gaining weight. Good macros, easy to get in and everything. Drinking half a gallon or even just a quarter is often plenty for people who aren't gaining weight but aren't losing any either.

Of course, if you want to be completely 100% sure you're not gaining any unnecessary body fat, you'll have to count calories and be very consistent on that. That's usually not really necessary for most, though.

I'd like to second pasta. As a recovering landwhale I can promise you it will pack on pounds quick.

Have you ever looked at the macros for pasta? Its surprisingly calorie dense. I could easily eat a day's worth of macros in one meal of spaghetti and meat sauce. I pretty much avoid it now because its just too damn easy to overeat it. If I was trying to gain weight it would be a godsend. I could probably eat 10,000 Calories a day of that shit.
