Currently trying to cut. I'm going to start eating 3 boiled eggs for breakfast in an effort to eat healthier. Previously I've been eating muffins. Should I eat these with anything else? maybe a slice of toast or something? I don't lift or anything and for all intents and purposes assume little to no exercise.

webm unrelated

You should at least do some cardio, it will help in the overall and you can even lost some undesired bf%, boiled eggs aren't my speciality but you can eat them with whatever you want if you don't overuse. I recommend cheese and a little spoon of butter tho

Over-easy > boiled. Pour dat yolk on toast (coconut oil > butter on toast, but other way around for frying eggs)

You can't diet by just changing breakfast. what else are you eating throughout the day.

I always eat oatmeal with my eggs on the side.

>chop onions

>chop tomatoes

Tortillas are pretty good too

>chop potatoes

>cook until soft

>add eggs

>cook

>flip it and cook the other side

If the only thing you're willing to change is whether or not you eat muffins in the morning, then just keep eating them. It won't make a difference if you don't exercise or make any other lifestyle changes

Like everyone else keeps saying, changing one meal is bullshit, you've got to change your entire diet.

It's not rocket science. Just make sure that what you eat fills you up and fits your macros.

Cholesterol is integral in producing testosterone and isn't even dangerous if you're not literally landwhale-tier fat.

When I decided to break my fat fucking ass of my bad eating habits I started putting about a tablespoon of shredded cheese on a slice of WHOLE GRAIN toast then laid the fresh egg from the fry pan on top of the cheese. One egg. If you're fat then the toast and egg are all you need.

The HARDEST part is cutting portions. Count your calories if you're trying not to be fat, just eating healthier food won't do anything unless you also cut your portions down.

 No.87031

I toast a slice of whole grain bread, put a little butter on it, a slice of turkey/chicken/ham etc if you want meat with sliced onion, spinach, and tomato. Sprinkle some pepper and salt. Eat. Yum.

It doesn't matter what you eat (to an extent) you just reduce your caloric intake. That's it, simple as fuck. As long as you're getting 0.8-1g of protein per pound of lean body mass you don't have to worry about losing any muscle and you can still make gainz while cutting.
