>run for 30 minutes

>feel like death stalks me

>nauseous, tired, drained of all energy, when I get back home it's all I can do to drag myself into the shower and bathe

>feel like I'm sick for the rest of the day

>lift weights for 30 minutes

>feel fucking great

>full of energy, everything is lighter, when I get back home I'm horny as hell because my body is full of endorphins or dopamine or something, it's all I can do to not jack off in the shower

>feel like everything is going to be okay for the rest of the day

Why does running suck so hard?

 No.84411

>>84403

Because you suck at it. Also, I would advise you continue to train and train harder with determination and conviction. Winter's end will mean more violence and crime courtesy of the imported male refugee population.

 No.84413

You got the endorphines from both of those activities.

I hate running. I despise it. But it makes me feel great afterwards.

Just give the running a few weeks, it'll really drain you at first but once you get the hang of it it'll feel fine. Also, running isn't like lifting, you don't need to push yourself to the limit to make progress. Sure if you run more you'll lose weight more, but you'll still lose weight with smaller runs.

You can also achieve some muscle gain without maximum effort.

It's about doing 110% at all times. It's what seperates us from the average plebeians everywhere.

It's also a fucking curse because I feel guilty as hell when I don't overkill something at the gym.

 No.84503

But cardio kills gains, unless you're goal is to actually be a runner or to lose a massive amount of weight as fast as possible, there is no real point in running so much.

 No.84509

>>84503

That's why I don't do cardio.

Bike>Any other cardio

Not all cardio kills gains.

 No.84516

>>84513

From what I've read, running for more than 30 minutes will.

 No.84548

>>84516

From what I've read you're a fucking idiot. Explain the 100kg+ rugby players? Explain jacked as fuck cyclists with quads like tree trunks?

Message to all: REPLACE YOUR BURNED CALORIES AFTER CARDIO SESSIONS TO NOT LOSE WEIGHT

You can still gain muscle even while doing cardio. people like rugby players will work out a ton and eat a ton to keep up their muscle mass. They aren't playing rugby to lose weight so they still eat a ton. Same with cyclists, and biking does crazy things for your leg muscles.

When you're at a caloric deficit your body will cannibalize the fat and the muscle for energy, which is why we have bulking/cutting cycles. Push yourselves as hard as you want, my point was that with lifting weights you have to hit your limit to improve, but with running you still lose weight even if you aren't at your limit.

Isn't that was he said?

rereading his comment now… yeah… I think it is.
