Yup, and a slice of cheese can be a decent boost of protein, here in Brazil a decent amount of cheese 25g+- equals 6g of protein, it's ridiculously little to some big guys here but it's a decent amount for poorfags or people without protein powder.

Cheese is pretty based of you get the good kind. Here in America most of the "cheese" in the markets look like shit and tastes bland.

Cheese is good. Just make sure you're hitting your macros.

 No.85152

If you can digest it, I would see why not?

 No.85164

Salt isn't as bas as most people think, but why add salt when you're already adding cheese (which contains a lot of salt)?

Cheese can be a good source of protein and calcium. I tend to use it in moderation since it tends to be higher in saturated fat.

Consider cottage cheese as a snack. Half a cup is about 110 calories and 13 g of protein. I like to have it with fruit.

Sure nigga cheese is pretty good, as long as you get actual cheese, aged cheeses are the best, pretty good source of protein imo.

Cottage and Ricotta cheese are amazing.

So long as it's not that crappy plastic wrapped in plastic kraft stuff you should be fine.
