Since a week I have been doing cardio in the morning (rowing 5k (takes between 26-29 mins) and 10-15 mins on the bike at the gym.

I have lifted for months and continue to do so 5 times a week.

This week I have gotten a standing desk at work, so no more sitting on my arse the whole day.

And I have stopped drinking since two weeks.

And my body is quiet . I woke up this morning and could not feel or hear my hear beating in my chest. I could always feel it pumping, sometimes I could feel the entire pump, going from once cavity to the next. I still have a healthy pulse and in the gym I can get my heart rate up to 160 and fall back to 120 with light cardio.

And my dick seems to have gotten bigger in flaccid stage.

Any idea what is going on with me?

I do feel awfully healthy after this week.

Congratulations, you no longer have palpitations. You are getting healthier. I've noticed since I started lifting that mine are improving. I doubt mine will ever completely go away though. I'm pretty sure my heart has some minor nerve damage.

Siting is the silent jew. It kills you slowly over a couple of decades. I can recommend a standing desk to all office workers. (Most standing desks can go down so if you need to sit you can.)

Just an update. I`m still alive, and I have noticed my heart rate responding very well while doing cardio. Even after a week and a half my heart rate goes down faster after intens cardio than when I just started.

OP here.

It`s been over three weeks since I started doing cardio and four since I stopped drinking. I`m not doing daily cardio anymore, I`m planning on doing HIIT two/three times a week. I`ve had a few palpitations but those go over quickly and some episodes that I would best describe as PAWS. I`ve dropped 6.9Kg (5.8% BW) and my lifts keep going good(I lift five times a week. However, two ladies who I know Banged them brah! have both remarked that my dick seemed bigger Anon, it hurts . So I went to my manly toolkit and and took a messure of my other tool and low and behold I`m looking at a 1.5 to 2Cm increase in size.
