Nicotine, however, is your friend. If you want some nicotine get some patches, some gum, or vape.
If you don't believe me, read some studies. Nicotine, when not mixed in with the chemical cocktail that is tobacco, is harmless, and has almost no downside. It has plenty going for it, and if people can't stop being emotional twats, will soon be a powerful panacea. I'm convinced its practically a vitamin like its cousin niacin.
